• Please do not apply oil-based moisturiser or makeup to the treated area for the next 24 hours.

• Ice may be applied to soothe the area of treatment 

• Mild bruising and swelling is to be expected and will resolve over the next few days (this always varies from person to person).

• Please sleep on your back and elevate your head for the first 3 nights to reduce swelling.

• Apply makeup gently for 5 days.

• Please do not have any facials or face massages for 3 weeks.

• There may be mild tenderness in the treated area for approximately one week.

• Avoid strenuous exercise for 3 weeks. 

• Avoid exaggerated facial movements like chewing, talking or yawning for 3 weeks. 

• No dental surgery for 3 weeks.

• Avoid sauna for 3 weeks. 

• Results can be expected in 8-12 weeks.
